Re-Enrollment Process for the 2025-2026 School Year

The Admissions Office would like to inform you that the re-enrollment process for the 2025-2026 academic year will begin soon, from March 3 to March 28, 2025.

To ensure a smooth process, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Schedule your appointment

  • Please book a 45 minute appointment using the following link:

    Re-enrollment calendar.

     A confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email provided in the booking page.

  • Parking lot in door #3 (1065 Filadelfia street) will be open from 8:30am to 1:30pm, with limited space available.

  1. Prepare the required documentation

  • You

    must

     bring the following documents to your appointment (printed or digital):

  • Copy of parents’ official ID (INE or passport of both parents)

  • Copy of major medical insurance

  • Copy of proof of local address (electricity bill, internet, tv or phone bill)

  • If you update or would like to change your invoice information, please bring the corresponding "Constancia de Situación Fiscal" issued within the last 30 days.

  1. Parents must be present

  • Please ensure that both parents and the individual responsible for signing the

    Educational Life Insurance

    (if different from parents) are present at the appointment, as this document is required to be signed annually.

    , English and Spanish versions of the 2025-2026 fee manual are available. We will support you with any questions about payment options during the appointment.

The re-enrollment process will take place in the Admissions Office (see map). Completing the process on time is critical to securing your child’s place for the upcoming school year.

We recommend completing the entire re-enrollment process at the earliest opportunity. You can complete the paperwork and documentation during your appointment, and for payments, they must be submitted no later than March 28, 2025. Beginning April 1, 2025, admissions will be opened to new students and enrollment will depend on available spaces.

Families who may require special arrangements or have unique circumstances are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office at reinscripciones@asfg.edu.mx or 33 3648 2411 / 2412 (Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) to discuss their situation.
