Since 2010, the American School Foundation of Guadalajara, A.C. has sponsored the International Congress of Physical Education and Sports to elevate the role of teachers. The conferences and workshops offered help to create and improve working methods and strategies that can be used to teach physical education and learn how to adapt other activities to the physical best activity format. These workshops provide teachers with knowledge, strategies, and activities to assist students in making lifestyle changes and in improving personal wellness.
