It is my great pleasure to welcome you to The American School Foundation of Guadalajara, A.C.

From our youngest students in nursery to our seniors about to graduate from high school, from our newest families and faculty to those who have been a part of our school community for decades, we are all proud to be active contributors to ASFG and living the words of our mission and vision statements in everything we do.  

Our 4 learning goals, which are embedded in ASFG’s mission, guide our teaching and learning every day. We are purposeful learners, critical and creative thinkers, effective communicators and community contributors. 

ASFG’s vision is to inspire, educate and act to better our world.  These powerful words speak to our enduring commitment to believing in ourselves as agents of change, attaining the skills and knowledge to affect change, and applying our learning in action for an evermore just, prosperous and sustainable future.

Our comprehensive academic, co-curricular and character development programs challenge our students to engage meaningfully in their learning, and to be creative, analytical and collaborative in their daily work. Likewise, ASFG is a college preparatory institution; we prepare our students to be successful in the best international and national universities in Mexico and abroad. We are very proud of the remarkable accomplishments of all our students and their stewardship of ASFG’s mission and vision.
