On Wednesday, January 24, 2024, we will have the second conference of the school year: "¿Reaccionas o respondes?" (taught in Spanish) with Mary Tony Gallardo, who is passionate about human development, as well as personal and professional growth. She is certified by the Institute of Semiology, S.C., in the delivery and design of human capital training courses, with a Diploma in Bioneuroemotion, among others.
In this conference, participants will discover the importance of being mindful about reacting instinctively based on genetics and learned behaviors. We'll discuss breaking free from repetitive patterns imposed by family, school, and society. By understanding it, we can transform the patterns and programs acquired through conditioning. Gain a self-awareness tool that helps us understand from three perspectives—physical, emotional, and intellectual—rooted in our genetics.
In this conference, you will discover the importance of becoming aware of the time we live in mechanistic ways, reacting automatically, based on two factors: 1. The genetic factor and 2. The learned factor. By understanding this, we can transform the patterns and programs that we acquired through conditioning.
