Dear Families with Support Personnel for Student Pickup,
We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to you with the aim of ensuring a safe and smooth student dismissal process, both during regular hours and cocurricular activities. Below, please find the guidelines for student drop-off and pickup by family support staff.
- Double-Parking is not allowed: It is strictly prohibited to double-park when dropping off or picking up students. We kindly ask you to use the designated traffic-friendly doors, specifically door 3 or door 5.
- There is a new route for 5th to 12th graders families: Families with students in 5th to 12th grade can utilize the new route at door 5, located on Filadelfia street a few meters past door 3, for general entrance and general dismissal at 2:30 p.m. You can find the detailed procedure at this link.
- Pickup during Co-curricular Hours: If you are picking up students during Co-curricular hours, service personnel should collect students at door 3 using the designated route. Please follow these instructions to ensure a smoother traffic flow and reduce congestion in the area:
- Upon entering the circuit, follow the guidance of our security personnel and obey traffic signals.
- Avoid double lines; please form a single line along the designated route, respecting the order and those waiting.
- Always keep the right lane clear to facilitate the passage of other vehicles.
- Dismissal Time and Waiting Period: Dismissal time is at 4:30 p.m., and students typically take about 5 minutes to reach the exit door. There is no need to arrive early for pickup. We kindly ask you to refrain from forming unnecessary lines that impede traffic flow in the area.
